How to request deletion of your PukuPlan account and associated personal data.

You may request that we delete your account and the personal data associated with it, subject to any legal or operational retention we must maintain (for example billing records where required by law).

How to request deletion

Email contact@pukuplan.com from the email address linked to your PukuPlan account. Use the subject line PukuPlan account deletion request.

Include your registered email if you contact us from a different address, so we can verify ownership.

What happens next

We will verify your request and identity as needed.
We will delete or de-identify your personal data and close your account where technically and legally possible.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons; we will only keep what is necessary.

Mobile app
